Assignment 3: Motion

To give the feeling of motion in photography, you can use blur. You can create motion if there is none by giving motion to your camera, or by changing the shutter speeds. If you use different (faster) shutter speeds you can see things that the human eye can't by freezing motion. For example, you can capture a hummingbird mid-hover so that it hangs completely without motion in the air. Motion is a great way to create a story and to make photographs more beautiful. Here are some of my favorite motion pictures that I took this week:
